With a background in banking, finance, and real estate development, he previously worked at JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup, advising high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families on complex financial decisions. Lawrence brings a disciplined, long-term approach to acquiring, developing, and managing residential real estate, with a focus on sustainable growth and community impact.

Director of Construction & Development
Cristian leads all construction and development activities across Northeastern Alliance’s portfolio and as managing partner of its Tri-State Realty Partners LLC division. With over 20 years of experience managing residential construction projects throughout Philadelphia, he guides projects from planning through completion. Cristian is known for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to quality control, contractor oversight, and on-time delivery.

Chief Operating Officer / Co-Founder
Jonathan oversees day-to-day operations and internal systems at Northeastern Alliance. With a background in technology and operations management, he has held roles at Amazon and Google, where he focused on scaling systems, improving workflows, and driving operational efficiency. Jonathan applies a data-driven, process-oriented approach to ensure compliance, consistency, and scalability across the organization.

Bookkeeper & Tax Accountant
Jennifer manages bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation across Northeastern Alliance’s entities. A licensed CPA in Pennsylvania, she brings over a decade of public accounting experience and ensures accuracy, compliance, and year-round financial integrity. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) and passed the CPA exam in 2015.
