Lawrence brings a disciplined, long-term approach to acquiring, developing, and managing residential real estate, with a focus on sustainable growth and community impact.

Director of Construction & Development
Cristian leads all construction and development activities across Northeastern Alliance’s portfolio and as managing partner of its Tri-State Realty Partners LLC division. With over 20 years of experience managing residential construction projects throughout Philadelphia, he guides projects from planning through completion. Cristian is known for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to quality control, contractor oversight, and on-time delivery.

Chief Operating Officer / Co-Founder
Jonathan oversees day-to-day operations and internal systems at Northeastern Alliance. With a background in technology and operations management, he has held roles at Amazon and Google, where he focused on scaling systems, improving workflows, and driving operational efficiency. Jonathan applies a data-driven, process-oriented approach to ensure compliance, consistency, and scalability across the organization.

Broker of Record
Thomas is the Broker of Record for Northeastern Alliance Realty LLC, overseeing all brokerage operations and ensuring full compliance with Pennsylvania real estate regulations. As a licensed Pennsylvania real estate broker, he is responsible for supervising transactions, maintaining regulatory standards, and supporting the firm’s licensed agents. Thomas brings a strong background in residential and investment real estate, with experience across acquisitions, dispositions, and complex transactions. His oversight ensures that every deal executed through Northeastern Alliance Realty meets the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and compliance. Working closely with the leadership team, Thomas plays a key role in maintaining operational integrity while supporting the firm’s continued growth across Philadelphia and the broader region.

Bookkeeper & Tax Accountant
Jennifer manages bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation across Northeastern Alliance’s entities. A licensed CPA in Pennsylvania, she brings over a decade of public accounting experience and ensures accuracy, compliance, and year-round financial integrity. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) and passed the CPA exam in 2015.
